“Change of Lifestyle For the Better”

Challenge

Take 30 days to change your lifestyle for the better.

This is NOT a Diet challenge.. It is a Lifestyle Change.. Take a few little things in your meals, and twit it just a little…. And within 30 days, You will see a change.

It’s what ever you want to change. Some thing you think you can do for just 30 days.

Here are some suggestions:

  • Cut out on Soda Pop
  • Drink one glass more of water in a day’s time
  • Add one fruit per day.. this can be an apple for snack, a banana in your breakfast,  fresh squeezed lemon in your tea…
  • Cut out on fast food
  • No eating past a certain time at night

It can be anything from trying to end a bad habit to trying to start a good habit..

Take 30 days, and only a couple small things you know you can do. But if you so called “fall off the wagon” for a day… that would be fine. Don’t beat yourself up for it. The next day is a new day, start all over again.

You would be surprised on how changing just a few little things can get you on the move to go another 30 days on it or even adding a few more things to your challenge.

  1. My 30 day challenge will be to drink more water in a day’s time. I’m going to start by drinking a glass of water in the morning before I go for my coffee. This is a simple task. Next month I will add something else to my challenge. Wish me luck! 💛

  2. Thanks for this post. I think it is always easier if you have someone to do it with. That being said I’ve been doing this for the last month myself. The main thing I have cut out though is booze, which for me is the most important thing. All the other things take care of themselves, i think it is important to cut out your biggest vice.

    1. Yes. I do agree. And booze is very hard to do. I know first hand, but on the other side of the bottle. Don’t ever feel like you are doing that on your own. There are many people that would be glad to help.

Take it one day at a time… one minutes at a time…

      Thank you for your comment.

  3. I am a big fan of starting somewhere. I don’t like quitting cold turkey. One day at a time works best for me. I like your recommendations on such things as drink one more extra glass of water than normally, or not eating past a certain time at night. I can practice all that you recommend but one day at a time. This way, I believe I will have progress. Thank you for letting me know that a little at a time is positive effort. Also, thanks for a great post.

    1. one little step at a time toward something positive will all add up. For most, those big steps are too much. But a few little ones add up to a big step.
