“Change of Lifestyle For the Better”
Take 30 days to change your lifestyle for the better.
This is NOT a Diet challenge.. It is a Lifestyle Change.. Take a few little things in your meals, and twit it just a little…. And within 30 days, You will see a change.
It’s what ever you want to change. Some thing you think you can do for just 30 days.
Here are some suggestions:
- Cut out on Soda Pop
- Drink one glass more of water in a day’s time
- Add one fruit per day.. this can be an apple for snack, a banana in your breakfast, fresh squeezed lemon in your tea…
- Cut out on fast food
- No eating past a certain time at night
It can be anything from trying to end a bad habit to trying to start a good habit..
Take 30 days, and only a couple small things you know you can do. But if you so called “fall off the wagon” for a day… that would be fine. Don’t beat yourself up for it. The next day is a new day, start all over again.
You would be surprised on how changing just a few little things can get you on the move to go another 30 days on it or even adding a few more things to your challenge.
